  • We do not have a brick-and-mortar shop at this time, but keep your eyes out for pop-ups and events where you can find us in person. We will make announcements via our email list and social.

  • We are not taking commissions at this time.

  • Each print is made-to-order. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for production. We offer both USPS and UPS shipping options for your convenience, including UPS Worldwide Express for international orders.

    Original works are sent out within 5-8 working days of the purchase. (Times may vary depending on the medium used, please read the description of the artwork for more specific shipping information.)

  • All print and original works are final sale.

    You have 14 days to report if your purchase has arrived damaged or faulty in any way and we would be happy to exchange or refund your purchase in full (less the outgoing delivery cost).

  • Three Birch Hill prides itself on one of a kind and/or small-batch pieces that highlight the maker's hand. As such, each piece will comprise bespoke characteristics, making your purchase wholly unique. Please check the size and description to ensure understanding of the product that you will be receiving.

    If you believe your purchase has arrived in a condition outside those described above, please reach out to our team within 14 days of delivery - we would be glad to help.

  • Payment plans are available for physical products and are available using AfterPay at the time of checkout.

  • Any in person classes or workshops will be announced on our email list and social.

  • Yes. We offer a 15% discount to the trade.

    Please email contact@threebirchhill for your discount code. This code can be used at checkout for original works as well as fine art prints. No minimum purchase required.

  • Yes. We offer 50% wholesale pricing for fine art prints. Wholesale pricing for original works is 30% off the listed price.

  • We do not offer framing at this time unless specifically noted on item listing. However, our fine art prints are formatted to several standard frame sizes to simplify finding your perfect frame.

  • As we only offer originals or limited-edition fine art prints, we cannot accommodate custom print sizes at this time.

  • Our canvas prints are unstretched but can be stretched by a framer. Please note that you will lose 1 - 2 inches around the edge of the print during the stretching process, so you may want to order the next size up. (For example, if you want the final stretched size to be 16” x 20”, you would need to purchase an 18” x 24” size canvas print). If you would like an extra white border surrounding the print for stretching, please contact us here and we will likely be able to accommodate for an additional fee.

  • We do not offer gift cards at this time. Check back soon!

  • Three Birch Hill retains the rights to all created work. This includes rights to images of sold and commissioned original works. Three Birch Hill retains the right to make reproductions of any and all created artwork unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing artwork rights, contact us here.

    The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If artwork should be reproduced in a magazine or other media, Three Birch Hill requires written or otherwise stated credit.
